Subjects covered are interesting and usefull.
However, images being in black and white, plus the fact that photos taken sometimes are too close ups, are difficult to give a clear picture of the procedures, even for an experienced veterinarian.
The book is dealing with emergency cases so any misunderstandings can lead to unpleasant outcomes.

I found this book had only black and white photo's and found some photos not particularly clear. Only covered catheterization procedures of different types, and not general emergency procedures. If you are looking for a book that show's inserting a catheter then perhaps this might help.
